I love what I do. I have over 24 years experience within executive search, recruitment and headhunting and I am proud to have successfully recruited professionals within Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT and HR.

I learnt my trade working for a well respected global executive search organisation in London and following a fantastic 4 years, I decided along with a colleague to create Hayden James International in 2000 and strike out on our own.
Incredible to think that was over 20 years ago and I am delighted to say that we have never looked back!
